If you are an upperclassman and plan on attending college, you’re in luck. Klein is hosting a “College Night” to help all juniors and seniors prepare for college preparation. The event will take place at the Klein Multipurpose Center; 7500 FM 2920 Klein, Texas 77379, From 6:00 – 8:00 pm, on September 14, 2022.

Attendees will be able to choose three out of six prep sessions. Each session will be about 30 minutes and can consist of the following.

  • Senior year timeline
  • Basics of financial aid – Spanish
  • Apply texas & common application
  • Q & A with college reps
  • College essays
  • College test prep

All of these courses are tailored to prepare Klein ISD upperclassmen for collegiate responsibilities, workloads, and independence.

“As someone who knows close to nothing about where to start with applying to college and everything like that, I am really looking forward to learning more about the whole process,” said Emma Cortes.

College night is all about collecting any and all pivotal information for incoming college students.

“I think this will also be really helpful to first-generation college goers, and really help them learn about and understand how to best prepare for college,” said Hannah Stevenson.
